Realistic illustration of Langtree's Garden Festival development of luxury 'town houses' over Otterspool Promenade. LCC has given public open green space land on the Promenade to Langtree for these Finger-Blocks.

This illustration was first presented as evidence at the 2007/8 Public Enquiry for the Festival Gardens development and it's accuracy was not challenged.
