Realistic illustration of Langtree's Garden Festival development of
luxury 'town houses' over Otterspool Promenade. LCC has given green public
open space on the Promenade to Langtree for these "Finger-Blocks".
This illustration was first presented as evidence at the public enquiry
for the Festival Gardens development and it's accuracy was not challenged
by Langtree.
